Granby Street Pizza

This pizza is good with regards to flavor balance. That being said, crazy flop, powerful cheese mass sliding around (see picture post slide). Quality game time slice. Flavor battles physical composition.

Excellent flavor with a little flop. Nice undercarriage.

Deluxe Pizza…Asked to make it with “extra crispy crust”. Nice undercarriage. Tangy sauce that was nicely balanced with the cheese.

Good pizza. Very cheesy. Excellent flavor, but floppy. Crust could have been more crispy.

Just a good average pie. Firm undercarriage. Cheese didn’t fall off. Crust had a nice crunch. Just a good normal pizza.

Ate the paper thin in the middle slice that fell apart. Avg slice. Would eat again when drunk or broke. Heavy cheese, light sauce, typical crust, greasy. Nothing special, but again I just got a slice not a whole pie.

Super flop pick it up everything falls off

It’s New York style football pizza. Overall good, nothing special.

Sauce has a good taste and the crust is good for a new york pie. Downside is very greasy, the cheese runs too much. I would give it another try.

This is the definition of drunk pizza. Super greasy. The sauce is too sweet for me and the cheese has a weird consistency. I had heard a lot of good things about this place, but it’s just not for me.

Cheese was the better of the two in my opinion. Sicilian was good just wanted more flavor. Cheese had solid crunch and right amount of grease. Could eat this slice any time. Football pie.

Average slice. Great crust, weak sauce, average cheese.

Baby flop, greasy. Not bad crust, could be better. Not the worst but can’t eat everyday.
