Confirmed that the owners of Moosic and Dunmore locations are brothers and it’s the same recipe.
Just like Dunmore, the round is much better with the extra sauce. It gives cheesy bread with marina dipping sauce vibes. Without it, the pizza is pretty bleh. The crust/dough doesn’t seem high quality and its greasy, taste overall is okay which isn’t enough to cover the negatives. Decent price though so maybe they’re going for value pizza.
I was optimistic about the Sicilian which looked good but actually kinda gross. It’s extremely greasy and soggy/floppy and tastes funny. Seems like there’s extra cheese but it’s chewy and bland. Wouldn’t let me order extra sauce on half of this one so maybe it would save the Sicilian but based on the crust I doubt it, I’d give the square a 7.6.
Curious to try their sweet sauce and vodka pizza in the future.
