Served Scarlet Johansson hot in 4-5 minutes with a hard Inwood crisp and zero Heights flop. First Bite Score: 6.1 The sauce is almost nonexistent, plain and inconspicuous. The mozzarella is average with no salinity or chew. The dough is very good with a thin crisp undercarriage and nice flavor. Sub Score: 6.1 SAUCE: bland and way too simple, kick up the seasoning and salinity. MOZZARELLA: improve quality , salinity and chew to really hold the slice together. DOUGH: step away, don’t touch the recipe, just cook less, some of the crust was burnt. Summary: the slice is way too oily and the absence of salt and seasoning is what’s keeping this slice out of the mid 7.0’s. Best part is the thin crispy dough.
