Pizza Review
I've had pizza all through different parts of Italy; Chicago, and New York. This is perfect. Sauce has just the right sweetness and depth, crust is absolutely perfect. Could handle all the toppings I got but also perfectly thin (sorry not a deep dish fan). 100% seed oil free is amazing, and that the crust is fermented I can eat this without feeling bloated after. I get pizza here weekly because it's THAT good!
Pizza Review
Damn! What a great pie this place puts out! I’ve been a customer for about a year and I’ve never been disappointed. First off, the place uses a starter for the dough. It doesn’t take a pizza aficionado or super sleuth to figure out that their ingredients are top shelf. No mystery crumbles of cheap food service bacon, sausage, or meatballs here. All Scratch! I didn’t need to ask but I did. Crust? Thin not to thin. Pillowy, a bit of crisp, and lots of flavor. Not doughy. Just like I like. I love the random burnt bubbles. Sauce is tasty but not sugary or super herby and overpowering. Complimentary, just as it should be. Best pizza I have had as a next day reheat! I swear the crust gets even better. Just not in the microwave. That’s rare!!The pizza pictured is their spinach pizza. Feta, roasted garlic, spinach, parm, olive oil, and no sauce. Awesome! One my faves is the meatball pizza. But I add raw onion, and roasted sweet peppers. Their salads are killer. The Caesar dressing is absolutely homemade as are the croutons. I could literally do shots of the ranch. And I’m not a huge ranch guy. Super nice looking little location. Warm, genuine, friendly, family service. But I gotta be honest I don’t care if it’s a food stall with Oscar the friggen grouch waiting on me as long as the pizza is the real deal. And it is here! Why didn’t I give it a 10??? Just a couple of small details I would’ve done differently if I was behind the pizza wheel. But that’s just “my” opinion. Give it a shot!
