Grant Central Pizza East

Not great. I asked for well done given the other reviews and it wasn’t well done. I put my slices in the air fryer for a couple of minutes. It crisped up half of the pizza toward the crust. The smaller half was still floppy. I think if cooked longer might be in the 7’s.

tastes better than it looks. too much though and not enough time in the oven. if you’re from New York you’d be disappointed

Get it well done.
