Grassano's Pizza

Look, back when this place was still dine in… our group would drive an hour away to get pizza here once a month. We LOVE LOVE LOVED LOVED Grassanos! Their stuffed pizza was the unspoken hero, though the pizza puffs are part of “Chicago’s Best” lineup. The thin crust also holds up well with any in the area. Unfortunately, It’s no longer the 2010’s anymore and times change. Back then I’d give them a 9.4-9.6, but I haven’t had the same quality in recent times. Though… I hear there now is a Mama Grassano’s just 20 min away. Time to try that spot.

Overall good pizza.

Sweet sauce, cheesy cheese, soft under carriage ask for crispy if possible. Prices are super affordable and the place is clean and well kept.

My Boy says 7.3, I go 7.1. Good ingredients- some of the pieces were dry.

Sauce was sweet with some tang. Overall solid pizza. The pizza puff is the play though. 8.7 all day

I get this pizza every Friday and this is by far one of the best! Sweet sauce, perfect crunch and just all around quality Southside Chicago pizza.

One bite everybody knows the rules very good pizza fresh ingredients you have to try it you won’t be disappointed

good pizza. nice cheese. sauce could be tastier. additional .5 on the score due to awesome owner. super nice guy.

Their Pizza Puffs are one of The Best. Never had traditional style there because of this.
