Was excited when I saw the older Blodgett decks in the corner of the kitchen. Quickly faded when the pizza came out heavily flour dusted and with screen marks on the bottom. Sauce was on the bland side, and they should decrease dough weight 2-3oz and stretch it more consistently. Potential, but not there yet! Since newer maybe they will dial it in.
