Not horrible but was hoping it would be better.

Very good pizza all around. the bee sting was good and loved the honey glaze!

Living Carson City NV, finding really good pizza is a challenge. I have tried every pizza shop in Carson. The Union, everyone knows the rules One Bite. Pizza is cooked in fire oven I saw it go in and out right to the table. Pizza has a Little flop, sauce I found a little to salty, cheese was good very little Grease. The star was the crust, the crisp on edge’s and taste made for great foundation. The sauce is the issue for me.

Crust was not as crispy as expected from a wood fired oven. The taste of the sauce was okay but not anything outstanding. The mozzarella was fresh and tasty. Pretty good pizza, however there is no way should it be rated in eight(s) category. 7.6.

Very solid wood fired pizza. Had the Margherita and the Fun Guy. Solid. Great flavors. Good crust.

One Bite, everyone knows the rules in Carson City. The Union has the best pizza in Carson City...change my mind. Perfectly cooked crisp crust and the right amount of cheese and sauce. I recommend getting a side of Hot Honey and Peppers.

Alright, Frank. One bite. I think I'm gonna like this. Oh yeah. Excellent crisp. Ideal crust. Great flavor on the sauce. Cheese is light, but just enough. Basil adds a nice touch. Perfect light, crispy, wood fired pie. Best in Carson.
