Undercarriage left a lot to be desired, ordered well done but it definitely wasn’t, it’s like they’re scared to put some char on it. doughy and too much flop, decent sauce and mozzarella, got it right out the oven and took the first bite right outside as you should. No where close to burning my face off if I didn’t know any better I’d think it was sitting on the counter for 10 minutes before I got it. It’s a dense pie needs more love in the oven. Sauce was just good enough to bring it from a 4.9 to a 5.1 Would I get it again? Probably over the dominos next door but even that’s a toss up, better undercarriage and it could easily be a 5.7 or 5.9
