Green Lantern Pizza

I enjoyed this one for a few reasons, it was cooked perfectly (I always order my pizza well done), the curled pepperonis and the the crust bubbles always bump the score for me and the garlic butter crust was good. But it has the opportunity to be better. This pizza happened to be a medium which I think impacts some of the makeup. That being said, I agree with other reviews, it is a grease bomb and the cheese is heavy. The pepperoni is great, but could be just a bit thinner. If this were a large I could see a lot of flop issues. The under carriage could use just a touch more cook but I’m guessing it’s the result of cooking in a pan instead of on a screen. I think a lot of this one the order needs to be “coached” to your liking.
