The crust is cold fermented for 5 days and cooked to perfection, sauce has just the right amount of salty sweetness and the cheese to sauce ratio is just right. By far my favorite pizza in town. Hope Dave is able to come some day and give it a try!

New NY pizzeria & it is phenomenal. We’re just in NYC last weekend & it’s actually better than most we had there. Very comparable to Famous Joes in NY. The crust was top notch! Maybe my highest score yet.
