Light and fresh crust for coal fired. Tasty sauce. Solid amounts of cheese.

Coal Fired Fresh Pizza First bite you can taste basil followed by san marzano tomatoes and then fresh mozzarella. Had a nice coal flavor to the crust. A bit of a ‘Hoboken flop’ going on due to the Neapolitan style pizza.

Finally got it well done and its respectable. When it's not its a disappointing pizza and so floppy. This time it had a good chewy crust with a bit of char, solid ingredients, decent flavors. Pretty good.

Good solid coal fired pizza. Great balance of dough sauce and cheese. Fresh tasting pie with good soft crunch, stretchy loaf mozzarella and chunky tomatoes. If you prefer more flavor then you will think it lacks salt. Perfect pizza if you are in the neighborhood.

More d than my (ex) wife took before telling me we’d “grown apart” - I still miss you Susan

Always solid. Good crust, cheese, sauce. Nice crisp. Not the best in Hoboken but definitely top 5

Growing up in Jersey but living in PA made me appreciate what I’d taken for granted most of my life... REAL PIZZA! And Grimaldi’s is REAL PIZZA! We drive from Philly to Hoboken to satisfy the craving! The margarita is the best! Fresh ingredients and perfect crust!🤤😋😛

One of Hoboken’s best pizzas if not one the best that the city has to offer. The only caveat is I would not eat this cold or reheat it. It won’t be as good as when you get it fresh and hot. But that might be the same for all coal fire pizzas.
