no/very little flop, not greasy, crust has crunch but still maintains some chew, solid pie overall.

16" Traditional with pepperoni and basil. Dine in, so no box time. Crust was crisped nicely but still retained a slight chew for a good balance. Sauce, cheese and topping proportions were all well balanced. Toppings had great flavor though might have a preferred basil a little less cooked. One of the best pizzas I've had so far.

I really wanted to love this pizza. But, it fell short of the generally high praise in my opinion. Sauce was bland, cheese was strange and the crust was meh.

I have had a lot of pizza and brick oven pizza is by far the best. This place is on my top 5 for sure.

You want to eat a bowl of sauce with sporadic cheese? Get Grimaldis

Here’s the deal. Everyone is riding this place’s Dick. And I get it. It’s unique for the area, very fresh ingredients, and perfect wood oven texture. But is a pie that has run amuck with gravy the pie you really wanna eat?? This thing is just not my cup of tea. Not enough cheese on this barren and inconsistent pizza.

Fantastic date night pizza. Crisp brick oven crust, sauce is smooth with a nice kick. If you’re in the area, you must eat here. Pack the kids and wife up and grab a pie, you won’t regret it

I’ve have the original and it’s a little better but this is a great runner up. Thin crust, nice flop and the pizza is very good. My fiancée attacked it!

A awesome unique pizza being in Kentucky! The service is good and atmosphere is a old coal fire NY pizzeria/ mob style joint!!!! The cheese is a amazingly fresh, sauce has a slight tang!! Pretty decent crisp on thin crust!! One of my favorites in Lexington!!
