Grimaldi's Pizzeria

One bite, everybody knows the rules. Little to no flop. Good undercarriage. One bite. Thin, light, and crispy. Good flavor with the sauce and the cheese is also thin and light. It’s my favorite so far in this city. That’s a review!

Reminiscent of the real Grimaldi’s in Brooklyn. Definitely the best in the area here!

The pizza looked delicious but lacked full flavor. The crust was crunchy but the pizza was chewy. Very weird. It was good but better when I added Parmesan and red pepper flakes. Overall, it isn’t bad but it isn’t the best either.

Great pizza, maybe a little higher but I just love the crust and the pepperonis. The sauce is robust as well. The pizza is on the fancier side I guess which shows in the price.

Three co-workers reviewing pizza. We averaged scored crust, sauce, and cheese. Crust: 8.16(really good). Sauce: 4.6(tomato sauce, not much herbs or flavor profile. Cheese: 4.6. Total averaged for a ~5.9. Excellent people to talk to. Was ready quick and hot.

So I got this delivered to my room. Crust was still excellent. Not soft or soggy. Excellent crunch. Sauce nice and tangy. Cheese was evenly distributed and delicious. And you can taste the smoke from the coal fired oven. Straight money!

Fantastic pizza. This place has never disappointed me. Always on point and tonight was no different. I felt like I was in Brooklyn. A little floppage that we all know and love. Just fantastic.

Really good pizza. It’s thin and very crispy. Zero Palm beach gardens flop. There’s crunch in every bite. The sauce is sweet which I love. It not overly cheesy or overly saucy. The pesto pizza was also very good. I think this is probably the superior pizza place in the area.

This. Is. Really. Good. Pizza. I confess, it’s not straight cheese. I added ricotta to it. Definitely in the “nines” if I was at the original near the Brooklyn Bridge. But, PGA has done a good job bringing that Brooklyn tangy sauce to South Florida. Bravo!

The crust is too chared and over powers any other taste. The cheese as great taste and quality but the sauce is generic and forgettable. The worst part was the pepperoni. Chewy greasy and not at all crispy.

Decent crunch. No flop. Due to corona, only take out so not lava hot. Would recommend for Florida, iffy for NY.

I’m going 8.1. Wife went Rookie on me with an 8.0. Very freaking good pie. Right amount of char on bottom. No grease. Crust was awesome. Sauce was awesome. Pinched Italian sausage was awesome. That’s a review!

Alright Franky down in PGA, Grimaldi's! Coal fired, crust is perfect. Not football pizza but good. Something is missing, I dont know if the sauce or cheese. It starts off great but then is just blah! Hard to explain. 6.8 good pizza but just missing something

Major floppage. Decent taste nothing incredible. More of a liberal basic non pizza enthusiast type of pie.
