All Flop Above Average Crust Above Average Cheese Above Average Sauce Nearly got run over by what seemed to be a fairly attractive new driver or at least that’s what my son said. This place has to be the spot to go to in the Plano area on a Tuesday night. Live music & people everywhere. Staff seemed overwhelmed but high spirits. Pizza needed more cheese and you’re looking at a 7.6 pizza that had no crisp. If flavor is your thing this is the pizza in the Plano area.

Only rating a 9.5 because I don’t give out 10’s. I have no criticisms for this pie.

This changed the way I rate pizza… Perfect all the way around.

Finally able to grab it fresh out the oven after many years 🤦‍♂️ they make it very hard at this location to get your takeout order fresh but still this is top tier Dallas pizza ridiculous amount of flavor on all three levels cheese, sauce and dough must try

Good flop, and not too greasy. Crust was crisp and fresh, but not enough sauce and cheese was a little firm

I'm going to give the Brooklyn bridge pizza a 7.4, The margherita a 6.1. Definitely in the box too long. Crunchy no flop still. All around good pizza

Awesome coal fired pizza. No flop and super crispy light crust. Sauce is amazing and very unique. Best pizza I’ve had in North Texas so far.

Definitely a unique tasting pie, very enjoyable. I ate here a lot growing up, but it has been several years so I felt it was time for a refresher. It leaves wanting maybe a little more flavor out of the cheese and sauce, but I still really liked it. Crust has a nice crisp on the out edges if that’s your thing. It’s supposed to be coal brick oven pizza, I haven’t tried it in NY, but I would believe it if someone told me it was a accurate representation of the original.

Crisp crust but a little too soggy in the middle. Good sauce but the cheese is just ok. Not bad but not great pizza. This location has a time management issue and/or is understaffed. Waited 2:45min for a pick up order.

So solid. I love Grimaldi’s
