Wife had the garlic sauce with pancetta, I had pesto with spicy sausage. Both very good and no flop!

This is really authentic pie in a land of pseudo-everything. Good crust with just the right amount of crunch. Fresh toppings (which I don’t always expect in a tourist trap). 12” The Don

Sauce lacked the next level of flavor needed for an 8+ rating -quite tangy. Otherwise this is a very respectable pizza that I would be more than happy to eat on a daily basis.

I didn’t take a picture of this pizza when eating there - so I’m posting a pic from their website - looks exactly like what was served. This coal fired pizza has one of the best crust ever - the creamy ricotta cheese was different but excellent. Worth a trip if in Vegas. One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had - their original restaurants are in Brooklyn.

Pricey, but pure Italian. Fresh ingredients. Coal fired crust. Delicious.
