Solid sauce and crust was crispy, could use a little more cheese but this is there margherita pie, solid undercarriage too

Good not great. The dough is definitely really good. Sauce is pretty average, cheese doesn’t blow you away, but the char is solid. Not a great Neapolitan, but not bad either.

Pretty good. Nice ratios, nice char and crisp in the crust but center of the pie was a bit greasy and floppy, sauce leaves a bit to be desired, dough is excellent.

The Pizza Slut from New York thinks the sauce is on point, okay cheese, pepperoni is slacking hard, crust is perfect. It’s a Dallas pizza after all, very good. 📷Sierajune
