Really good pizza. Decent flop, but not inherently greasey. Enjoyable, and very high quality. Perfect toppings, and amazing crust.

Solid artisan pizza. Sits very light but the cheese is definitely fresh and the sauce has a near perfect tang. Ingredients are top notch, I just want more. I could easily eat 2 pies. Then again, I am 4’11” 280lbs.

This is an excellent coal fired brick oven pie. To be expected from such an oven, this is THE premier slice in San Antonio so far (in my opinion), just edging out Dough Pizzeria. The pie is a wonderful mix of quality ingredients on crispy hand tossed dough. The only slight drawbacks are the cheese seemed to be inconsistent and lacking in taste. However, this is a quality za that could hold up to heavy weights in NYC and New Haven (I say that having grown up there and eating that pizza my whole life). If you are in San Antonio, this is the place to try if you want a top end slice and good atmosphere to go along with it. 9.1, that’s the review!
