Grimaldi's Pizzeria

Pizza was good, Crust was excellent. Not a big fan of cheese in general so I didn’t hate the style. I do enjoy pizza sauce though and this place hit the nail on the head. Unfortunately the Pie came out cold So i’m gonna have to dock it some points.

Crust was excellent. Cheese was good. Sauce was a big letdown. This was probably the most acidic pizza sauce I’ve ever had, which was surprising because some previous reviewers noted how sweet it was. Maybe they’ve changed the recipe. If the sauce was better, I’d put it in the 8’s.

No flop, great cheese, too much sauce with a lot of acid. Not too bad, especially watching football.

Great all around pizza but nothing spectacular . Good ingredients, ate 3 slices and could of ate a dessert. Will try margarita pizza next

A great pie. Good char and a fresh tomato-y sauce. The crust is fantastic with a nice crisp and a good chewiness to it.

Great crisp great toppings, wish the sauce had a little more flavor. Might be better than Cane Russo
