Ok pizza, bland sauce

Good under carriage, light, crispy….

Decided to make a collage so I could show y’all the flop and the overall look of the pizza. I heard this place was pretty good and I was a bit disappointed when I tried it. As y’all can see, the flop is pretty bad, the pizza is very thin, and worst of all it arrived cold. It wasn’t cheesy enough at all and the crust was pretty inconsistent, on some of the slices it was crispy and on others it wasn’t. However, I liked the little ronis and the sauce tasted pretty good.

Not really my style. Too thin for no crunch. Not enough cheese or sauce. Again just not crispy at all. Maybe getting it delivered had an effect on it. Could have been better if I went in. But this pizza was not my style.

Best slice I’ve ever had in Houston. Good crisp, sauce is flavorful(a bit sweet). Other reviews are too low IMO definitely deserves to be in the high 7s

This is neck and neck with Pizaro’s for best pizza in Houston. I might be a little tough with the score but I’ll bump it to the 8’s if they’re consistent on the next visit

Nice sauce kind of sweet. Good crust asked for well done so I think that helped. Over all best pie I have had in Houston.

Pizza cooked quickly but was still very good. Good crunch base with even better crust.

Sharp looking pie, but cold cold cold! I took this 18” Traditional Pizza to-go from Grimaldi’s in City Centre. I live right off of I-10 & Chimney Rock, so it’s a 10 minute drive home, TOPS. I hate not having a slice on the spot, but it is what it is. Anyway, the box didn’t feel particularly warm when it was handed to me from the staff there. I thought eh. Took it home. Less than 10 minutes later, I pop open the box to this bad boy, and dig in for a slice. Cold. Not like 10 minutes in a Jeep Wrangler on a 92° Houston summer day cold, but like, sat for 15 minutes in the kitchen after it was ready, then 10 minutes in a Jeep Wrangler on a 92° Houston summer day cold. It’s a shame too. Grimaldi’s uses quality ingredients. And honestly, after having to wait 45 minutes after placing this order, to picking it up from the store, I can’t believe it was COLD. 5.8.

Coal fired, good sauce, solid crust.
