Review #56 Obviously not the original but this is a solid pie - inside the Canal Shoppes at the Venetian in Vegas - great sauce. Good texture. Can’t go wrong for a filling meal in Vegas Drill it Jack

Review is for dining in. One of my favorite pizzas when dining in versus take out. The under carriage has a nice coal fired flavor and a generous crisp. Opted for the pepperoni and spicy chicken sausage. Sausage has a great flavor and a touch of heat. Sauce is on the sweater side. Fresh mozzarella adds a nice balance.

We back! It's been a hot minute since a review, so why not... let's get another... Undercarriage - Floppy on the front, crispy in the rear...like a mullet. Sauce - Had a good little zing and a bit of garlic. Cheese - Had some flavor and little grease, so not bad. Overall, it's a good solid pie. Service is on point!! I know rookie score lol, but this pie is definitely an 8 flat imo. Great crunch on the crust and such flavorful sauce. Delicious.

Was expecting more crunch. A bit light on the amount of cheese. A little flop. Cheese was quagulated and hard. My expectations were quite high based on reputation. Fell short.

Great char on the undercarriage. Super fast service too!

Good example of coal brick oven pizza. Excellent crunch on the crust. Sauce has some oomph to it. Real motz. Fresh ingredients all around. Comparing this to the Grimaldi’s I have had in NY and other locations around the country, I am impressed with the consistency of this product. They fire up their brick oven 363 days a year with anthracite coal they ship in. Bears out every other pizza I have had in the Las Vegas area. Struggled between 7.9 and 8.1 for the score, but the super friendly bartender tipped the scale to 8.1

This place hits all the right notes, thin, crispy pizza, delicious sauce, and almost no flop. One of the better pizzas in Vegas.

Pizza was a burned. prosciutto and arugula. They made us a new one to go.

Most overrated pizza I’ve had in Vegas. Pizza was barely luke warm. Too much flop and garlic. Cheese way too fancy.

Wow! Unbelievable pizza. Hands down, my new favorite in the Vegas area. Something about the coal-fired stove that sets this pizza way out ahead of the pack. Good crunch, no flop, and zero grease! And that’s with two meat toppings! It’s going to be a little pricier than most other pizzerias, but man is it worth it. I highly recommend!

Decent pizza at best does not deserve a 7.9 Brooklyn pizza is a lot better
