Pizza Review
Good example of coal brick oven pizza. Excellent crunch on the crust. Sauce has some oomph to it. Real motz. Fresh ingredients all around. Comparing this to the Grimaldi’s I have had in NY and other locations around the country, I am impressed with the consistency of this product. They fire up their brick oven 363 days a year with anthracite coal they ship in. Bears out every other pizza I have had in the Las Vegas area. Struggled between 7.9 and 8.1 for the score, but the super friendly bartender tipped the scale to 8.1
