Everything about this pizza was great

Perfectly cooked, no flop. The toppings tasted great but not enough of them. Got one sausage bite per slice. Sauce was just ok.

Coal fired oven pizza is where its at. Perfect undercarriage, great mozz, all ingredients in from NY. Even the franchise Grimaldi’s are the shit!

Margarita pizza, so starts a little higher. Little tip flop, but great crunch on crust. Solid pizza, possibly the best in Lex.

Sauce is good, flop to the crust, flavor could be better. Overall above average

This is not a pizza you take Togo. It’s perfect in house. Absolutely perfect. Crust, char, no flop. Outstanding. That said, Still taking one Togo too.

Maaaaaahhgawita

Disappointed in this. Ordered ahead and showed up early. It was already in the warmer. It tasted like it had been sitting there for a long time. Toppings were fine. The little amount of sauce I liked and tasted light. Meatballs were a little dry but good flavor. Oh well.

Fantastic pizza

Good undercarriage, great crust, not too much flop, overall solid pie. That’s a review

16" Traditional with pepperoni and basil. Dine in, so no box time. Crust was crisped nicely but still retained a slight chew for a good balance. Sauce, cheese and topping proportions were all well balanced. Toppings had great flavor though might have a preferred basil a little less cooked. One of the best pizzas I've had so far.

Crust was amazing, everything else was good not great

I really wanted to love this pizza. But, it fell short of the generally high praise in my opinion. Sauce was bland, cheese was strange and the crust was meh.

This is a solid pie. Thin, crisp, nice flavor.

I have had a lot of pizza and brick oven pizza is by far the best. This place is on my top 5 for sure.
