Great crust, thin, crispy, dark undercarriage, toppings were not real flavorful. Basic Pepperoni.

Spectacular. Great toppings, crispy coal fired crust, the right amount of cheese. Just a really solid pizza. Can’t do much better in KC.

Perfect undercarriage. The crunch could be heard by my next door neighbors. Right amount of sauce. Almost a fluffy but firm pizza. 100% will be returning. New favorite pizza joint. Was a little cold but maybe I was late to pick it up by a few minutes.

One of the only coal fire oven pizza places on the KC metro. Really good classic NY style pizza.

I enjoyed this pizza. Simple and light, yet refreshing. A pleasant surprise for KC pizza, which is usually not great.

Best pizza in town. Don’t care if it’s a chain- Prosciutto arugula, and the Don are the best.

Crispy and no flop. Good base and not greasy. Definitely not a football pizza!

Probably the eat pizza in Kansas. Nothing in Wichita comes close. High flop till it cooled down a touch. Last piece of cheese was zero flop. I’m a marinara lover, but a touch more cheese would have driven up the score. Crust was perfect. Sauce was spot on. Cheese ratio slightly off.

We enjoyed our pizza and salad at Grimaldi’s. Crispy and good ingredients. Recommend giving it a try if you haven’t.

Thin & crispy. No flop. Not too heavy on the toppings, & a perfect amount of sauce. Overall, pretty good! Nice color on the undercarriage. Definitely better when eaten fresh out of the coal-fired oven, as opposed to take home or delivery. Not the best in town, but I’d put it in the top 5.

Hard to rank because I got it after a looong delivery on Uber Eats. Can tell it’s quality but this is after reheating in the oven 😬

Wow! This might be the best pizza in KC! Too bad it’s so far south. Thin crust and great flavor. I wish doordash wouldn’t have taken forever. Wish it was hotter when I got it.

Wow, I was surprised. Love the thin crust and crispiness. This is the type of pizza you can go ham on and not be full.

Light, crisp crust, fresh ingredients, low grease... but just not much flavor. Good atmosphere, friendly staff, but a bit overpriced.
