Grimaldi's Pizzeria

Light, crisp crust, fresh ingredients, low grease... but just not much flavor. Good atmosphere, friendly staff, but a bit overpriced.

Closest I’ve gotten to a nyc slice. Margarita is a must

New York style pizza. Crust is excellent. Cheese is good. Toppings are solid, but unspectacular. Achilles’ heel is the sauce. Tangy, I just don’t like it. Maybe that is why their white pizza is so successful. People just focus on the crust and cheese and take out their 3-wood and go right down the center of the fairway with that. I’d go again, but I’d probably get the white pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese instead.

Great pizza. Not much flop, sauce is fantastic. Crust has some good crunch to it but not too much and overall it’s the best pizza I’ve had in the area.

Perfect coal-fire crust (no flop). Sauce is a bit tangy, but works nicely with the crust. The crust could use a little more flavor.

Sauce has a nice tang to it, but the pizza disappoints. Crust is decent. There are better traditional pizzas around.

Great pie. Good Kansas City flop but also a great crunch. Perfect amount and texture of cheese. Sauce is tangy and has a bit of a kick to it. Multiple occasion pizza. Still on the hunt for my John’s of Bleeker though. My husband made me do this.

Great crust, not heavy on the cheese and solid pep. Great coal oven pizza.
