Guido's Original New York Style Pizza

Great sauce. Slice isn’t too greasy, not too much flop. Hands down the best slice you’ll get near boise. The sauce is what sets this apart. 7.3.

I tell my friend that I fly to Boise to golf with him...if guidos wasn’t here, I would probably make him visit me. Best slice in Boise...crispy crust, just enough grease, and tastes great.

Good pizza. Nothing bad to say about it. Nothing great to say either. Good crisp. The crust on this thing is electrifying. Could use more sauce. It’s almost like they sneezed the sauce on. More sauce and more zing this could have easily been in the 8’s. That’s it. That’s a review.

Traditional NY pie. One of the better spots around Boise. Usually good rock music playing in the place and several types of slices/ingredients to choose from. Counter folks usually have a bit of attitude which is reminiscent of my Long Island roots.

The slice had some flop. Good crunch on the crust for traditional oven. Great flavor. Good balance of sauce and toppings.

All right so this is the second Guido's location. No flop great crunch, The crust is cooked perfectly. Really nice cheese and the little bit of basil gives it a nice flavor. however there is not enough sauce and the sauce that they use seems to have very little tang to it. I really could use some more flavor out of the sauce so for me that kind of brings this down. Not quite as thin, light, or as tasty as downtown but still pretty solid.

Crust has crunch, bit of a flop to it, not alot of flavor from the sauce but a big slice for a good price.

Didn’t feel like it had very much sauce. Good slice, not my favorite!

Great NY style pizza, cheese to sauce ratio a little off for my liking but a lot of people like that, not greasy, easy clean pizza to eat, highly recommend. (Cheap too!)
