Nice people at the shop, but I just couldn’t enjoy the pizza. Pizza had good structure, but there was hardly any sauce and I don’t like my pizza dry as the Sahara. The cheese was rubbery and there was a lot of it, therefore cheese to sauce ratio was terrible. Followed the cooking instructions to a T and it failed to cook evenly. Sorry Guido’s, I tried.
