Gusto Napoletano Italian Restaurant and Pizzeria

Sauce and cheese are high quality. I know it’s Nap style pizza, but the crust was a bit too doughy for me despite ordering it “well done”. Nonetheless, pretty good pizza.

You can’t go wrong with a wood fired pizza. Dough was good and pizza reminded me of a few New Haven spots.

Neopolitan style. Wood fired with a nice char. Good undercarriage. Little flop. Great sauce. Not my favorite style, but excellent as a Neopolitan. The owner is Italian and uses an imported wood fired oven from Naples.

Authentic neopolitan style pizza. Owner is from Naples and you can tell she loves what she does. All pizzas are made in a brick pizza oven. Pizza sauce is handmade, fresh ingredients, pizza is very light. Good crisp, great undercarriage, a little flop because of how light the pizza is. Highly recommend it!

This is a great pizza, the sauce is delicious definitely worth while. Check it out I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Second time coming here. The first time it was underdone, but this time they redeemed themselves. Thin, excellent crust, good flavor, best za I've had in Fayettenam.

No experience with Neapolitan pizza however it was tasty. Very light dough, good flavor. It was definitely floppy but my understanding is that is typical for Neapolitan style. Service was very quick. I ate on site so not sure how take out would be. Seems that you should only eat this right when it comes out of the oven.
