Gusto's Pizza

This place isn’t as bad as the reviews. Especially for the area. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again, “The Capital Region has terrible pizza.” I mean, it’s not all bad, but on average, it’s not much better than Domino’s or Pizza Hut. That being said, this WAS better than Dominos. Especially the cheese slice. Good crispety crunchety dough that was very thin and had a little character to it. The sauce was just ok. Very thick and pastey consistency. The cheese was super soft. Ive had it before. It’s not rubbery at all, super super soft to the point its almost weird but still good. I don’t know what cheese brand they use but it’s not the first place I’ve had that soft feeling in my mouth. Kind of like when Portnoy blew the guy at Nove in Gansevoort giving his pizza a super high score because they’re into Horse Racing and sucking one anothers cocks.
