Gyro House Dual cheese pizza. The pizza here is not Italian in anyway. But if you are looking for a Mediterranean pizza this is the place to go. The cheese pizza does not have a tomato based sauce. The base seems to be olive oil based. The cheese pizza crust did have some flop. The cheese was good and the feta they sprinkle on top adds to that flavor. There is some sesame seeds in the cheese I dont notice it much in the flavor. I wish it would of been cooked about 2-5 minutes longer for more crisp and a deeper cooked cheese. I cant judge this pizza on an Italian pizza scale and am basing it off it's own style of pizza. Very good would reccomend for a neighborhood pizza I would eat it everyday but would travel across state lines for it.
