Gotta keep the score true. All the components of a great margarita…mozzarella, basil, sauce and wood fired. Something felt lacking though in a way that I don’t feel with places like Elio’s or lil doms. It may have been the crust, possibly sauce

the dough is awesome, sourdough & whole wheat base that sits overnight. the sauce was super good, not a lot of cheese... we should have ordered a whole pie, but got square slices heated up. still super good...... just not the best. pimp daddy Davey, out.
