Best pizza hands-down in all San Diego.
I had this pizza over 4 years ago and thought it was the best pizza I've ever had. During lockdown I couldn't stop thinking about it until my fiance and I finally decided to get a pizza. The shop has strange hours and often busy but it's very VERY worth the wait. I drive to pick it up from Escondido and bring it home and it's STILL more delicious than any pizza in a close proximity.
The crust is thin light and flavorful, crispy but not overly dry , sauces are always on key, just as good as the first day I had it. Not greasy, we can eat the entire pizza between 2 ppl and NOT feel gross afterwards lol. It's probably the reason we only started to get it every few weeks since we would probably get fatter but that's not to say I wouldn't get it everyday hahaha😆
Remember this place is pretty much a 1 man shop so don't go here expecting instant pizza, call in advance and just be happy he's even making these during the pandemic, if you're lucky enough to live nearby order ahead to get to a pie. When you try it you'll understand why this is the best thin crust pizza in San Diego.
