Hand Fire Pizza

Nice char on this wood fire pie 🔥 really tasty and fresh. Not a super thin crust; more similar to Neapolitan than a thin NY style. Overall would recommend 👌

Best Pizza In Jackson Hole! Great pie loaded with Pepperoni and Sausage not to greasy of cheese with minimal flop. I would get again and, again!

Half chew baca half Italian sausage. The flavors are exceptional but the crust is a little floppy. Overall very very good pizza

Great tasting pizza, a nice tangy sauce and a nice crisp on the crust.

Oh hell yeah. Ordered a 12” w/ pepperoni, sausage, and red onions. Asked for a little well done. What I got was a wonderful example of why I love pizza. (And the old fashioneds weren’t half bad either!)

It’s tangy. It’s crispy. The sauce is just right. No flop. Hits the back of the throat perfectly. Gourmet

Good Pizza and a good atmosphere.

Cheese and pepperoni. Definite flop. Pepperoni are delicious and overall the pizza has great flavors. Wood fire adds to those flavors as well.

Burrata- 7.9 Sausage - 7.2 Squashed - 6.8

The sauce and cheese are good. Since the pizza is made in a wood fire oven, there was a strong taste of ashes.

A little floppy. Very thin. But good.
