Hank's Pizza

Square slice was decent! Got a nice crunch to it, but wasn’t anything to write home about.

This is pretty good pizza, I got the 10” cheese and they should have cut it two more times to make the slices more manageable. LOTS of grease and lots of El Segundo flop, the cheese is saving this thing. The sauce is nice with heavy oregano and is on the tangy side with lots of delicious herbs, the crust could be so good if it were cut into smaller pieces and there wasn’t grease out the shit pipe. I like the grease but when it soaks into the crust it gets soft I’m out. Anyway I like this pizza but it’s a 7.6 That’s a review.

Could’ve been better

Good taste. But kind of like pizza you would get at a kids birthday party. Not foldable, ULTRA greasy, atrocious cut job. If you go here you definitely have to get a whole pie, a couple times I got slices that were clearly sitting around all day and someone just sprinkled some mozz on it, put it in the oven without even really melting it. Just seems like a lazy establishment.

The best spot in Playa. The crust is buttery, crispy...yet pliable which helps with the fold (if that’s your style). Sauce is great. A tad bit of spice. No complaints. Toppings. Take them all. They’re fresh and the pizza makers are VERY liberal with the usage. I strongly suggest!
