The vibes are top notch, the appetizers are top notch, and the tavern style cheese pizza is worth eating but nothing special. They’ve got plenty of menu pizzas that sound delicious, so definitely would go back.

Absolutely phenomenal crust. Little too much flop for my liking in a pizza like this but all around pretty great.

Thought the pizza was pretty good. Just bar pizza. Solid crust, good cheese. Nothing crazy special but certainly solid.

Good vibes and great service. Pizza doesn’t quite measure up but isn’t bad. It’s cheesy and bit doughy with slight crisp. Will head back for overall experience

I always know what I’m gonna get when I go to Happy Camper- a tasty pizza with many great options and good drinks and vibes! Usually end up here on a day of day drinking but it usually is the right choice

Get figgy with it. Fig jam is amazing on this pizza. Add prosciutto and it’s amazing.

Doughy crust with average taste, good atmosphere fun bar just ok pizza

Pretty good pizza. Definitely fresh ingredients and well made, a bit doughy and was honestly better when reheated in the oven at home as leftovers.

No flop. Crust was light but crispy. This pizza fucks

Huge plus on lots of toppings, huge negative on barely any red sauce. Almost boarder line cheesy bread, I know some are into that. I'd like to one day try it again to see if it was just a pizza that didn't get enough sauce to their standards.

Terrible pizza.

It is the closest thing Chicago has to a good New York Slice. Probably one of the tastier crusts. So light and fluffy yet a crisp

Very basic pizza, crust was the best part of this pizza.

I got the 'cheese loving' I think it's called which is like your typical cheese pie with mozzarella, but they add provolone and parmesean too. The pizza arrived perfect temperature to eat, ordered on Caviar. No flop, the cheese was really the star of this pie. Probably the closest thing I've had to a NY style in Chicago, thought the crust is a bit thicker and chewier. Overall, really liked it and would recommend. Will order again!

Average non deep dish pizza but always hits the spot. Always a fun time there and recommend for non deep dish in Chicago
