Hard Knox Pizza Hardin Valley

First Tennessee review.

The Gator Hater. Smoked gator, smoked gouda, red peppers, corn, white sauce, dried oregano, and cajun aioli. Not bad at all. Gator bites were good, but kind of a bland taste.

Really really good pizza. Fresh cheese nice sauce and the pepperoni was fantastic! Only downside was a bit greasy but nothing that turns you away.

Best wood fired pizza I have had in Knoxville!

I’m a big fan of wood fire pizza and this is probably one of the best in town. Fresh ingredients and good crust

Super fresh and delicious ingredients. Sauce has great tang. Love the Smokey charred crust the wood fired oven. I wish the crust was a little crispier so maybe I’ll order well done next time. Best tasting pie in Knoxville.

Got the great white. Very quality. Nice crust.

Okay Frankie. Do-it Pruitt. Buffalo, Cage Free Chicken, Motz, Bacon, White Sauce. Near perfection. Ate the whole pie. Best in Knoxville so far.

Lots of flop . Great sauce. Great crust. Could be a tad crispier to avoid flop. But overall very good pie.

First ever review....Watched over 300 of Dave’s reviews, I feel that I’m kind of a pro now.
