Hard Knox Pizza

First Tennessee review.

The Gator Hater. Smoked gator, smoked gouda, red peppers, corn, white sauce, dried oregano, and cajun aioli. Not bad at all. Gator bites were good, but kind of a bland taste.

Best wood fired pizza I have had in Knoxville!

I’m a big fan of wood fire pizza and this is probably one of the best in town. Fresh ingredients and good crust

Good flavor but too much grease

Great pie, crust is no point. Super lite I could eat 10 of these pies. Fresh Mozzarella

Not hot, cheese was not melted, sauce was very sweet, not my favorite

Really good pizza. The crust did it for me here.

Super fresh and delicious ingredients. Sauce has great tang. Love the Smokey charred crust the wood fired oven. I wish the crust was a little crispier so maybe I’ll order well done next time. Best tasting pie in Knoxville.

Chewy crust. Sauce needs a little something more

Got the great white. Very quality. Nice crust.

Okay Frankie. Do-it Pruitt. Buffalo, Cage Free Chicken, Motz, Bacon, White Sauce. Near perfection. Ate the whole pie. Best in Knoxville so far.

Lots of flop . Great sauce. Great crust. Could be a tad crispier to avoid flop. But overall very good pie.

First ever review....Watched over 300 of Dave’s reviews, I feel that I’m kind of a pro now.
