Friendly staff, fast service, good pizza. If you are near them, they are worth the drive!

In the the Knoxville area it’s definitely one of the best pizzas. I really like the the traditional wood fired cooked Neapolitan pizza. Brick oven and all. I think hard Knox has gone down hill in the past few years though. I’m a pepperoni guy and they do load it with Pepperonies.

Solid crust unlike floppy limp dick Jack’s pizza, little light on the cheese side despite the immaculate flavor, greasy without being overwhelming. Disappointing lack of disabled people to view brings it from 8.0 to 7.5.

One bite everybody knows the rules..... Floppy but crunchy .amazing sauce amazing cheese. Crust was good and firm with a crunch.

I’m not an expert & won’t pretend to be. However, an eye roll at the mention of Portnoy should’ve for-warned of my experience. The dough was chewy and a ton of flop. Staff was super awesome over the phone. Over all good experience. I used to cringe when comments referred to Little Caesars being better so I won’t do that. But quarantine Red Barrons any day of the week. Hard Knox is just simply too hard to swallow. That’s a review.

Best pizza I’ve had in a minute! Super good char fresh Mozzarella great flavor in the sauce and wood fire so I am a little partial to this cook style. El Prez your score is definitely a low ball!

Really good pizza. The sauce is excellent and the crust is on point. An extra minute or so in the oven would have nudged it into the low 8's. Very good.

Great pizza, tasty sauce and cheese. Crust was on point and the basil made my mouth tingle. I could easily eat two 12” pies.
