Finally found some good pizza in Austin. Yes I was hammered, but I tried to think what sober Brian would rate this. This was a food truck with a wood fired oven. The dough was soft yet cooked well for this type of pizza. I folded it and everything held together perfectly. It was slightly greasy, but not enough to make it gross. Nicely seasoned sauce with meats bringing the flavor together full circle. Overall great spot.
