Nice tang with the cheese and sauce combination. Also, I really liked the char on the crust. My only complaint is the pepperonis are very large and you do not get one in every bite.

Aloha goat, basil a bit too dry but the goat cheese with pineapple is a great pair

Great flavor on the tomato sauce. Wood fired, which occaisonally over chars the crust on a piece or two. Large salami like pepperoni underneath the cheese so there is no crisp there. Prefer smaller roni on top of the cheese. Other than that, an all-around good pie.

Great beer! But we aren’t reviewing beer. This is the “Crispy Pig”. Wood fired pizza. Fancy pizza that just misses the spot. I guess I like football pizza more. Meat were in slices that were to big. The cheese wasn’t great. Even a tick undercooked. It was a busy Friday night. A tick longer in the oven might have been have made the difference.

“Date pizza not football pizza” guy nailed it. Wannabe Brooklyn (vibe and pizza), super chewy crust, but locally overrated. Overall solid B+.

I’ve tried many...this is great pizza. Coal fire bake yields a char paired w/ buttery cheese. Cheese needs a higher fat % and this would smell the 9’s. Chewy but crispy and the sauce is tasty. I usually don’t call out good sauce. My score is a lil low bc I burned my mouth & the cheese. Solid score at 8.5
