Hasbrouck Heights Pizza

This pizza is not bad by any means nor is it phenomenal. One attribute that stands out when eating this pizza is there’s minimum to no flop to it. If you’re a fan of less sauce under your cheese then this will suit you. Dough feels tough when biting into the slice which hurts this score a lot.

Pizza did not have much flavor. Dough / Crust was soft but good. I thought they put too much cheese. Overall it was ok but I think it had potential to be better.

Nothing to bash about this other than the crust is a little doughy for me. Zero flop, great crisp with a nice cheese and sauce combo. Very traditional

Asked for less cheese cause they always put way too much cheese. Had a plain and Sicilians slice , very minimal flavor .... was better a few years back but slipping
