Served hot in 2-3 minutes. Zero flop and good crisp on the dough. The sauce is very light with a small tang with good seasoning. The mozzarella is okay at best and it has a good taste to it. The crust is crispy and fluffy. All together this is a little better that a dollar slice in the city. A little more sauce and better mozzarella would get this slice into the mid 7.0’s.

Overall these slices are quite good with a nice crisp and excellent cheese quality. I however tasted a lack of sauce like a minimal amount was used and the plain slice had produced flop which was absent in the pepperoni slice. The pepperoni slice was excellent. Plain slice 7.1 Pepperoni slice 7.6

1 cheese slice, 2pm on a Friday, $3.25 Pros: Lot of crisp in the undercarriage, can't call this a doughy slice. Fair amount of sauce under a nice coat of mozzarella. Well seasoned. Cons: No real coastline to speak of but nothing too egregious here Verdict: Nice middle of the road Westchester slice. One of the better slices in this area
