Good Neapolitan style but with some structure to the crust. Crisp undercarriage soft inside the crust. Could have used more flavor in the dough.

Cant get just a regular pizza unless you get it Togo. So I was stuck getting this. Sauce is great. Crust is great. Cheese was a little off putting.

This place is known for more its various artisan pizzas (I think). However, I ordered their NY style pizza during their lunch menu hours which has way fewer options than dinner. Pros: This is a really good NY style pizza. Good undercarriage and good crisp on the crust. A lot of cheese with really good flavor. Nice and thin, not too heavy. Cons: A little greasy and a little floppy. Some of the flop was likely because I was 5 or so minutes late picking it up and it was sitting on the counter and some of it was because the slices are bigger than my head. It could use some more sauce, I really didn’t taste much. I would certainly recommend this place if you’re in the area, especially if you like a NY style.

Crust holds no structure but has enough flavor and crunch in the crust to make up for it. Cheese holds its own and sauce stays neutral throughout. A solid slice all things considered.

Their Margherita style. Everything fresh and great taste. Needs a bit more cheese, less sauce to firm up the crust. Cook another 5 minutes and lessen the sauce and it’s in the 8’s.

One Bite Everyone Knows the rules... by far the best pizza in Buffalo. Every slice comes hot and fresh. Friendly service and consistently near perfect pizza.

Very nice dough, sauce has a nice flavor. Could use more cheese.
