What a great family owned/ran shop. The bake was perfect, no flop here. Well risen, tasty crust with an excellent gel layer. The sauce really makes this pizza as it has a nice robust flavor and was put down in good quantity. What really sets this apart from other shops is the generous amount of sauce while maintaining a gel layer that doesn't saturate the crust. You aren't left wondering where the sauce is. The cheese was a perfect amount, as well as the toppings. Overall, it's a "Yes please" situation.
Side note, try the spicy cheese curds. Wow!
