HG Coal Fired Pizza - Chesterbrook

This pizza caught me by surprise I pulled in and the parking lot was dead but Google said it had 4.5 stars so I figured I’d give it a shot since I was in the area and let me just say this pizza might be my new favorite. From the chunky tomato sauce to the freshness of the mozzarella this pizza was absolutely stunning. I would’ve rated it higher but it needed a little salt and could be a little stiffer, but man am I impressed.

The best pizza in the area by far. The coal fired flavor is incredible.

Review 385. The cheese slice was thin but extremely greasy. Puddles. Pretty decent cheese nice light crisp. Crust had crisp but a little much crust. 7.7. But the beans on had great sauce and flavor. Same cheese. Not as crisp and the crust was not as good as it could have been. Still a 7.9 would have been an 8,3 of more crisp. Grandmom was thin also

Coal fired is legit. If you order a regular pie you’re a fool.

Lots of choices when you go in. Decent pizza, I’ve been here a few times. Not in the regular rotation, but I still go back.

Decent, but not worth going out of your way for. It’s ok if you work in the area and want pizza for lunch, but there’s also a MOD pizza nearby that I would rather go to

Little geese, floppy, great sauce. All in all good football pizza

Nice crunchy slice, a little greasy, but 0 flop. Sauce has a great consistency

Not the regular old sauce you might get at many run of the mill pizza shops, it’s oks. Somewhat thin. Could use a bit more cheese. Not horrible, good for a quick slice at lunch.
