Hideaway Pizza

One bite, everybody knows the rules. Great pizza, the sauce really shines through here. Not over sauced and none of that sweet sauce, I’m not a fan of a sweet sauce. The crust is crispy on the outside but perfectly doughy on the inside. The actual back crust is not crispy but crunchy. Cheese was solid, salty savory flavor with a nice bite. Simple mozzarella, no Parmesan, no funky herbs. This is as classic as an American cheese pizza gets. But I can’t get over the sauce, if they gave you a cup of it I would dip it. Solid 8.1.
