High Bridge Pizza

All right everybody, it’s pizza review time. High Bridge Pizza, literally right around the corner from Nicky P’s. Olllllllllllld school, old school pizza joint with some old school pizza. This seems like it’s like a regional type of pizza that some brought from somewhere else and started making here. Grandma or Grandpa High Bridge’s recipe or something. It’s thick, but the crust was super crunch, crisped nicely. The sauce was really good too and the sprinkled some parm or something and that was not objectionable. It’s not my go to style, but it was really good for being different. The inside was built for pizza production and that’s it. There’s like 12 huge ovens, a really big prep and baking area, a counter, register and there may have been one table and a soda cooler. I liked it, I’d go back. Hopeful there’s no pizza war or pizza controversy with Nicky P’s so close! 7.3, that’s a review
