A NY style, Southern style crossover. Classic pepperoni, I prefer more old world style. Sauce is very rich, could use a bit of tang. The crust is the shining star here, it's a blend of classic, and the thicker style you get at donimos or whatever. EXCEPT , It has a nice buttered baste or something. Mushrooms were very flavorful. And the cheese had a very smooth texture. I wish it were a shade thinner, and tangier sauce, that's all. Awesome local staple.
