Pizza Review Time...Craft Margareta Pizza from The Highland House damn I'm going to miss this place when I move to Florida. Ok one bight everyone knows the rules...decent undercarriage, almost no flop. Not too thick and not too thin...crunchy crust. 7.6 in my opinion think its a 7.1 on the one bight app, suppose I was swayed at least a point or two by hometown nostalgia 😎💯

Decent pie. The dough is kinda harder but not crispy. Decent flavor with a little tang

Good solid bar pizza. Just got regular pepperoni. A little doughy but very tasty. Good cheese and sauce ratio and no flop.

Great crust! (I did order it well done) If you like a well seasoned, slightly tangy and spiced sauce, this is the sauce for you! Plenty of good mozzarella cooked perfectly. Undercrust was browned and had very little crisp but held up well with a proper fold. Would recommend! P. S. The takeout portion of the restaurant is called "Perriez" if you have trouble finding it.

A little flop. Crispy crust. Not a lot of grease. One of the better pies in the area.
