HillCrust Pizza

Came to check this place out because there was a lot of hype about it. The gentleman got a pie knocked out in under 10 minutes and at first it was really wet and soggy but I let it cool off and dry a bit and there is actually no flop after it was left to rest for a bit. Really really tasty crust, and excellent crunch. The cheese is quality, the pepperoni was nicely cupped, and the undercarriage is perfect. Probably my new favorite go-to pizza spot. It's right down the street from Bronx which is the best we had in San diego and Hillcrust has pushed the bar up! There's some stupid review on here for 0.1 if you look at their profile they leave reviews all over the country with the less than one number meant a five second chunk of the same video on every single review they should definitely be flagged and booted.
